OFFERINGS

ONE-ON-ONE

contribution

your contribution for paid offerings is due before the start of the offering. in most cases the deadline is specified with each offering. if needed, please contact us to arrange payment plans.

cancellation, transfers & refund

cancellations requested up to 14 days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund minus a $75 administration fee..

cancellations requested within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund, however they can be transferred to another offering or one-on-one within the same calendar year.

there are no refund if you do not show up.

transfers to another offering are available up until 7 days prior to the event.

arrival time

please arrive on time for one-on-one session. if you don’t arrive within 10 mins of our start time, the session will be cancelled. please see cancellation policy.

contribution

your contribution is required prior to our session (unless other arrangements are made).

cancellation, transfers & refund

  • cancellations requested up to 2 business days prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund.

  • cancellations requested within 1 day of the appointment are not eligible for a refund, however they can be transferred to another appointment or offering within the same calendar year.

  • if you do not show up, email or call, the session will be automatically cancelled and you will be invoiced for the full session(100%) and will not be allowed to book a future appointment until payment has been made.

  • transfers to another appointment are based on availability

  • transfers to another offering are available up until 7 days prior to the event.

GENERAL

if we need to cancel an offering due to low registration, severe weather, the host being ill, or issues with the training location (in person) or internet connectivity (online), we'll notify you via email as soon as possible. if this happens, you can either receive a full refund OR apply your contribution towards a future offering. there are no refunds for offerings not paid for in advance.
